Amol Patil started doing photography just as a hobby but because of his passion for the art form he was able to convert his hobby into a profession. After quitting his cushy corporate job of 20 years he started Masterpics and within a span of 3 years it’s one of the leading commercial photography agencies operating out of Mumbai. Masterpics specializes in different genres of photography like weddings, studio portrait shoots, fashion, glamor and wildlife photography.
AMol is one of the most sought after photographers for corporate headshot having fortune 500 companies like Reliance, TCS, Infosys, IBM, Aditya Birla Group as esteemed clients. He had the privilege of capturing the whos-who of the corporate world. He owes his success primarily to his ability to bring out the subjects character & personality through the picture he clicks rather than just a mug shot which we are all used to(passport pictures)
Apart from commercial photography he enjoys teaching photography to enthusiastic photographers from around the world. In the last 5 years he has taught 25000 students in the “Art & Science of Photography” and is on a mission to touch hearts with half a million photographers from around the world.

His passion for wildlife photography has taken him to different parts of the country and abroad be it the tiger safari of Tadoba, pench, Ranthambore or khana or birding in Bharatpur, Bhigwan, sattal-Nainital or the Masai Mara in Kenya for the big five. He is currently working on his next specialized travel venture with his partner ______________ a passionate wildlife photographer & birder which will organized customized wildlife tours for people with photography at its core.
